The formal dress code poll has recently concluded in favour of all formals becoming gowned. 

As of midnight on Wednesday 25th February when the poll closed, 92 votes were counted for a mixture of gowned and black tie formals whilst 115 of votes went to only gowned formals.

Despite the close race with a 56% majority vote, college officers have discussed the change and agreed that the results were in favour of all formals becoming gowned.

Effectively immediately, the dress code for all future formals will be “small attire with gowns”.
